Season two of Hijack follows corporate negotiator Sam Nelson (Idris Elba) as he travels to Berlin, where he becomes involved in the hijacking of a U-Bahn train after criminals threaten his ex-wife, Marsha Smith-Nelson (Christine Adams). With Marsha placed in danger and used as leverage against him, Sam is forced into a situation that quickly draws the attention of German authorities who attempt to negotiate while tracking the train through the city’s underground system. As officials try to determine why Sam would carry out the takeover, much of the investigation progress comes from Olivia Thatcher (Clare-Hope Ashitey) and British intelligence officer Peter Faber (Toby Jones), who analyze and help connect it to the earlier airline hijacking and show that Sam is being coerced.

Adams recently spoke with SciFi Vision about working on the series for season two, the difficulties in playing the more emotional parts of Marsha's storline, what she does to decompress, and more, as well as touched on her work on Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

German police attempt negotiations while monitoring the moving train, but much of the investigation progress comes from the analytical work of Olivia Thatcher (Clare-Hope Ashitey), who, with the help of British intelligence officer Peter Faber (Toby Jones), examines the evidence and identifies connections to the earlier airline hijacking, piecing together clues to help show that Sam is being coerced, as the authorities try to uncover the larger plan behind the operation.

Recently, Ashitey spoke with SciFi Vision about working on season two, how her character's idealism changed her, working with Elba and Jones, and more.

In K-Pops!, washed-up LA musician BJ (multiple Grammy-winning Anderson .Paak), who spends his days playing gigs at the local bar, dreams of something better. When his mother’s boyfriend, Cash (Jonnie Park), helps BJ land a job as a drummer for a K-pop competition house band, he makes the move to Seoul, South Korea, hoping to revive his career. Set after the battle between Godzilla and the Titans, the Monsterverse series Monarch: Legacy of Monsters follows two siblings trying to understand their family’s connection to the secretive organization Monarch. Season two follows the fallout from the group’s escape from Axis Mundi, as Keiko (Mari Yamamoto) is thrust into the 2017 reality and forced to reconcile the decades she lost with her grown son, Hiroshi (Takehiro Hira), and grandchildren, Cate (Anna Sawai) and Kentaro (Ren Watabe), who believed her long dead. Meanwhile, Tim (Joe Tippett) is thrust into more of a leadership role which will require him to make decisions that could affect the whole world.
